The Waterfall Cavern has 6 treasure chests, all located in the single southwest room. This is the first of three Ribbons available in the game -- it's one of the most powerful accessories and a reason to come here even if you're otherwise ahead on gear.

Notes
Ribbon (DEF 1, all classes) protects against all status ailments -- Blind, Silence, Paralysis, Poison, and more. There are only 3 Ribbons in the entire game (one here, one in Sunken Shrine, one in Flying Fortress). Equip it on your most fragile party member or whoever needs status protection the most. Defender (ATK 28, Warrior/Knight) casts BLINK when used as an item in battle, giving the user evasion bonuses. Strong sword with a useful combat utility. Wizard's Staff (ATK 5) casts FIRE3 when used as an item -- usable by any class as a portable spell. The Gil total from this room is 24,850 -- solid haul for a six-chest dungeon.
