Dragon Caves Chests
The Dragon Caves (Cardia Islands) have 13 treasure chests spread across three islands. No major gear drops here -- the loot is high-value consumables and Gil. Visit this area after getting class upgrades from Bahamut, who lives on the rightmost island.

Notes
Elixir and Dry Ether are the most valuable grabs here -- both fully restore HP or MP and are rare. X-Potion is a strong single-target healing item. The rightmost island is also where Bahamut lives -- talk to him with the Rat's Tail to trigger class upgrades for all four party members. Clear the chests while you're already here. The Marshlands island is the easiest cluster -- three free chests grouped together next to the pots. Don't skip the Elixir.
