Notes
Mythril Helm (DEF 6, Warrior/Knight/Ninja) and Great Axe (ATK 22, Warrior/Knight/Ninja) are both solid midgame pickups. Grab both while passing through. This is a short pass-through dungeon -- you'll be in and out quickly.
